All of our management know this to be true and act accordingly. This attitude permeates through the company at every level. The result is a zero defects process. The ‘right first time’ attitude starts with the company culture. However, it is the procedures which translate this attitude into the requisite work processes.

Henderson and Taylor (Public Works) Limited have an ISO9001: 2008 accredited Quality Management System. This system was developed by our management over years of working within the construction industry. The independent assessors audited our ‘in house’ procedures and determined that they surpassed ISO9001 requirements.

Henderson & Taylor are committed to:
