Previous new build projects have varied in scale in the past from larger contracts like the construction and installation of Water pumping stations in Denmark Hill a £1million contract, new build of a food warehouse and distribution centre, £1.5 million contract. As well as the design and construction of our own offices at Bennetts Industrial Estate.
Our current Local Authority Contracts provide us with excellent business rates with our suppliers to keep material costs as low as possible, and our Small Business attitude provides 100% commitment to a client, making us an ideal choice to partner with in the construction of a new Commercial Building.
