We are a Term Maintenance Contractor for Local Authorities, with major contracts for the highways, footways, bridleways, drainage systems and lighting systems. We specialise in being very competitive in providing these services. A result of this is we can provide a repair/ maintenance service for unadopted roads at very competitive rates as we are Term Maintenance Contractors for several boroughs throughout South East England.
Road Resurfacing
We resurface miles of roads every year. We machine lay as this is the fastest and most cost effective way to resurface a road longer than 50m x 4m. Because of all our public sector contracts and decades of experience we can provide very competitive prices. With excellent quality and finish.
Pot Hole Repair
We have five full time Asphalt gangs, each gang can hand lay up to ten tonnes in a day. Obviously there is a huge disparity in pot hole size, which means every job needs a site visit before we can give you a quotation for the works. The quality of pot hole repair can vary as much as the sizes. To properly repair a pot hole it must be saw cut, filled with hot asphalt or the appropriate fill, compacted and rolled. It sounds simple, but when it is incorrectly finished, it doesn’t take long for it to come apart and appear again.
White Lining

Kerbing
We can create and lay a kerb line, repair broken kerbs, install dropped Kerbs for driveways and connect the unadopted roads kerbline into the road network. This year we have laid over £750,000 of kerbing for local authorities, we have ten full time Civils gangs working. Like most Civil Engineers 90% of our work is repeat business, we have been in business since 1964, this is because our clients recognise the quality of our work and endeavour to use us wherever possible.
Drainage
We can quickly and competitively design and install drainage solutions for the Surface Water. We can also design and install Foul Water Drainage Solutions.
