- The Thurrock Borough council minor civil engineering schemes up to a value of £500,000 per scheme over the next 6 years.
- Southend-on-Sea Borough Council reactive Minor Highways Maintenance scheme over the next 8 years.
- The Shell Oil’s UK refinery site minor maintenance and landscaping term contract
